  • Harveen drafts rules and regulations or amendments to them for non-profit societies, sport federations and exempt market dealers. Her experience includes: drafting bylaws and rules for a sport and recreational facility with approximately 8,000 members; amending rules and regulations or recommending amendments to them for sport federations; and reviewing and revising policies and procedures manuals.
  • Harveen negotiates and drafts contracts, often from scratch, specific to the needs of a variety of organizations.
