Harveen was a staff lawyer in the Professional Conduct Department of the Law Society of BC where she conducted detailed investigations into a wide range of conduct issues arising from professional practice. As a PLTC instructor, she teaches professional responsibility and ethics and their impact on different areas of law throughout the ten week mandatory program.

- Harveen provides lawyers and law firms with ethical and confidential regulatory advice on their potential non-compliance with the Legal Profession Act (BC), the Law Society Rules and the Code of Professional Conduct.
